James Mattagne is a Belgian-British film producer based in Vancouver, known for his sharp storytelling and cinematic vision. With over 35 produced projects and credits on more than 130 films, his work spans award-winning features, shorts, luxury brand campaigns—including collaborations with McLaren and Lamborghini - and music videos.

He is a Canadian Screen Award nominee and a Leo Award nominee, and the executive producer of Lowlifes, a horror hit now streaming on Tubi and Crave, recently picked up by leading studio Fifth Season for international distribution. He also Executive Produced All I Need for Christmas, which became the most-watched original movie premiere among 2024’s Miracles of Christmas lineup on Hallmark Mystery.

His most recent project, Pumpkinhead—an adaptation of R.L. Stine’s notorious Haunting Hour / Nightmare Hour book series, just wrapped production and is currently in post. James continues to develop innovative stories while collaborating with major studios and global brands across North America and Europe.
