James Mattagne is a Belgian-British film producer based in Vancouver and Belgium. With 40 produced projects and credits on over 140 films, his work spans award-winning features, shorts, luxury brand commercials, and music videos.

A Canadian Screen Award and Leo Award nominee, he served as Executive Producer on Lowlifes, a breakout horror hit now streaming on Tubi and Crave - recently acquired by leading studio Fifth Season for international distribution. He also Executive Produced All I Need for Christmas, the most-watched original movie premiere of Hallmark Mystery’s 2024 Miracles of Christmas lineup, now picked up by Netflix for European distribution.

His latest project, R.L. Stine’s Pumpkinhead - a Tubi Original adapted from Stine’s notorious Haunting Hour/Nightmare Hour book series - debuted as one of the platform’s most successful titles, landing in Variety’s Top 10 Most-Watched Originals for two consecutive weeks.
